How to update your IXFI PIN?
- Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.
Click on the Account icon.
Choose Security Center and click on the IXFI PIN option.
- IXFI users can activate verification methods: Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, and an Authenticator app (such as a Google or Microsoft authentication app).
- Click on the Update IXFI PIN button.
Enter your New IXFI PIN, Confirm your IXFI PIN, and then click on the Update IXFI PIN button.
Guidelines for a secure PIN
- Avoid sequences or repetitive numbers, e.g., 123456
- Avoid repeated sets of numbers, e.g., 111111
- To complete the Update IXFI PIN, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled.
- If you enabled all the verification methods
- Enter the Email Verification Code
- Enter the Phone Verification Code
- Enter the Authenticator App Code with old IXFI PIN field.
- Click on the Next button.
- You will receive a pop-up notification confirming that you have successfully changed your IXFI PIN on your IXFI trading account.
