How to update the Anti-Phishing Code?
Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the IXFI's homepage.
Click on the Account icon .
Choose Security Center and then click on the Anti-Phishing Code section to update the anti-phishing code.
Click on the Update Anti-Phishing Code button.
Enter your New Anti-Phishing Code.
Click the Confirm Change button to update the anti-phishing code.
Guideline for Anti-phishing code
- Choose 4-20 non-special characters.
- Verify your IXFI PIN by default and click on the Next button or
- Verify your IXFI registered Email by entering the One Time Password (OTP) that you have received by email.
- Verify your IXFI registered Phone Number by entering the One Time Password (OTP) that you have received on your Phone.
- Verify your Authenticator App One-Time Password (OTP) linked to your IXFI account by entering it from either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
You have successfully updated your Anti-Phishing Code for your IXFI account to avoid any phishing attempts.
