How to Reset your IXFI Pay PIN?

During the IXFI Pay registration process, by default, you will set up the IXFI Pay PIN. If you ever need to reset your IXFI Pay PIN, you may do so from the settings option on the IXFI Pay homepage screen. Choose the  Reset the IXFI Pay PIN option.

  1. Tap on the IXFI app icon on your phone.

  2. Tap on the IXFI Pay feature on the IXFI app's home screen to check out the IXFI Pay interface.

  3. Click on the Settings option in the upper right-hand corner of the IXFI Pay homepage screen.

  4. Choose the Reset IXFI Pay PIN option, enter a new PIN, and then confirm the PIN that you entered.

  5. Click on the Continue button.



  6. To complete the reset IXFI pay PIN process, enter the IXFI PIN and One-Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled, such as Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, or the Authenticator App.

  7. Click the Next button.

  8. After the IXFI Pay PIN has been successfully reset, you will use the new IXFI Pay PIN during the authentication procedure to complete your transaction.

    • The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
