To access our IXFI Pay feature, please follow the necessary steps after registering with the IXFI exchange. A phone number, email address, and KYC (Know Your Customer) are required to use this feature. During the IXFI Pay account activation process, you may encounter three scenarios. Firstly, you may sign up using an email address without adding a phone number or completing the KYC. Secondly, you could sign up using their phone number without adding an email address or completing the KYC. The third scenario involves adding the provided email address and phone number but not completing the KYC. To add an email address or phone number or complete the KYC step, follow the verification methods activated on your IXFI account, including email authentication, SMS authentication, IXFI PIN, and the Authenticator App.

After the wallet KYC is approved, your exchange KYC will begin. The process of registering for IXFI Pay will begin as soon as both KYC are successful.. |
