How to login with your registered Email Address?

Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.
Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the IXFI's homepage.
Click on your Account icon.
Select the Profile tab, and choose the Email Address option.
Click the Update button in the Update Email Address section.
Enter your New Email Address and click on the Next button.
Enter the One Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled to complete the Update Email process.
Click on the Send Code button next to your current registered email address, new email address, and registered phone number field to get the Verification Code.
1. Enter the Old Email Verification Code.
2. Enter the New Email Verification Code.
3. Enter the Phone Verification Code (If enabled SMS Authentication).
4. Enter IXFI PIN.
5. Enter the Authenticator App Code (If enabled Authenticator App).
6. Click on the Next button.
You will get a pop-up confirmation message that you have successfully updated the new email address of your IXFI trade account.

Mandatory to enable Security Verification for safe trading.
IXFI users can activate verification methods: Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, and an Authenticator app (such as a Google or Microsoft authentication app).
The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.
