How to ‘Change Password’?

  1. Use your favorite browser and access www.ixfi.com.

  2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of IXFI's homepage.



  3. Click on the Account icon. 

  1. Choose Security Center and click on the Update Password option.



    • IXFI users can activate verification methods: Email Authentication, SMS Authentication, and an Authenticator app (such as a Google or Microsoft authentication app).

 

  1. Enter your New Password, Confirm New Password, and then click on the Update Password button.



    Guidelines for choosing a proper password

    • It should have at least 8 characters, preferably more.

    • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.

    • A mixture of letters and numbers.

    • It should include at least one special character, e.g. ,! @ # ? ].

    • Be aware; please do not use the following two characters < or > in your password, as both can cause problems in filling out the web form.

 

  1. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) of the verification method you enabled to complete the Update Password process.

  2. If you enabled all the verification methods with Login Password.
    1. Enter the Email Verification Code 
    2. Enter the Phone Verification Code 
    3. Enter IXFI PIN
    4. Enter the Authenticator App Code
  3. Click on the Next button.
  4. You will get a pop-up confirmation message with a green checkmark that you have successfully changed the password of your IXFI trade account. 

  • The user may experience a delay in receiving the OTP due to their telecommunication service provider.

  • After changing your password, the system will log you out of your IXFI trading account and need you to login with your new password.
