Wallet maintenance for the Ethereum network

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for our users, IXFI will perform routine wallet maintenance for the Ethereum (ETH) network.

Here is the timeline and what you need to know:

Suspension time: Deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum (ETH) network will be temporarily paused starting on February 24, 2026, at 06:25 UTC.
Maintenance time: The maintenance will begin at 06:30 UTC and is expected to take about one hour.

Please note that spot trading for ETH and other tokens on the Ethereum network will not be affected during this period. You can continue trading as usual.

We will reopen deposits and withdrawals as soon as the maintenance is fully completed and the network is stable.
