IXFI will support the Shentu network upgrade and hard fork

To ensure the best experience for our users, IXFI will support the upcoming network upgrade and hard fork for Shentu (CTK). We will handle all the technical requirements for users holding CTK on our platform.

Here is what you need to know:

Suspension: Deposits and withdrawals for CTK will be temporarily suspended starting February 25, 2026, at approximately 12:30 UTC.
Upgrade time: The network upgrade and hard fork will happen at block height 28,124,200 (estimated for February 25, 2026, at 13:30 UTC).

Spot trading for CTK will not be affected during this time. You can continue trading as usual.

We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for CTK as soon as the upgraded network is stable.
