IXFI will support the NTRN network upgrade

To ensure the best experience for our users, IXFI will support the upcoming network upgrade for Neutron (NTRN). We will handle all technical requirements for users holding NTRN on our platform.

Deposits and withdrawals for NTRN will be temporarily suspended starting December 10, 2025, at approximately 14:30 UTC.

The network upgrade will take place at block height 42,568,000 (estimated for December 10, 2025, at 15:30 UTC).

Spot trading for NTRN will not be affected during this time.

We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for NTRN once we have confirmed that the upgraded network is stable.
