To ensure the best experience for our users, IXFI will support the upcoming Ethereum network upgrade and hard fork, as well as a preliminary wallet maintenance.
We will handle all technical requirements for users holding ETH or other tokens on the Ethereum network.
Wallet maintenance (November 26)
First, IXFI will perform scheduled wallet maintenance for the Ethereum network.
- Maintenance time: November 26, 2025, at 06:30 UTC.
- Suspension: Deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum network will be temporarily suspended starting November 26, 2025, at 06:25 UTC.
- Duration: This maintenance is expected to last about one hour.
Network upgrade & Hard fork (December 3)
Later, we will support the main network upgrade and hard fork.
- Upgrade time: The upgrade will take place on December 3, 2025, at 22:20 UTC.
- Suspension: Deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum network will be suspended again starting December 3, 2025, at approximately 22:15 UTC.
- Spot trading for tokens on the Ethereum network will not be affected during these events.
We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for the network after each event once we have confirmed that the network is stable.
