The Buy Crypto Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign”) is organized by IXFI Crypto World UAB and sponsored by Swipelux O\u00dc and takes place from the 20th of July 2023, 10:00 UTC to the 3rd of August 2023, 10:00 UTC (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Period”).\u00a0 Participants must adhere to the timeline and complete the required actions within the specified period.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>

Eligibility<\/b>
The Campaign is open to users from Europe, East Asia, and Southeast Asia who are eligible to participate in accordance with the license granted by Lithuanian authorities.
Eligibility is limited to European users who can participate in this Campaign from Europe, as ixfi can only address them as customers according to the license granted by the Lithuanian authorities.<\/p>

Restricted Countries<\/b>
Please note that users from the following countries are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign: U.S, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Crimea, Donetsk, Cuba, Iran, Luhansk, Russia, North Korea, and Syria. This restriction is due to regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Participants must be adults over the age of 18, who create their own or have already created a personal account on the IXFI Platform and complete KYC on both IXFI and Swipelux platforms during the Campaign Period. Employees of IXFI, Swipelux, and their family members, employees of the group of companies to which IXFI & Swipelux belong, and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.<\/p>

Campaign Mechanics<\/b>
During the Campaign Period, users can buy crypto with 0% fees through Swipelux. Users who buy crypto on Swipelux since the Campaign starts can claim bags with 2 IXFI Points, which will be in the form of PEPE tokens ($PEPE). These rewards will be valid for 14 days or while stocks last, within the limit of available stock ($1000 in $PEPE).<\/p>

Reward Conditions<\/b>
a) Users must complete the required actions within the Campaign Period to be eligible for rewards.
b) Rewards are available within the limit of available stock, and this information must be displayed concretely, correctly, and be available.
c) Rewards are valid for 14 days or while stocks last within the limit of available stock ($1000 in $PEPE).<\/p>

General Terms & Conditions<\/b>
By participating in the Campaign, users confirm that they have read, agree, and undertake to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as the general Terms & Conditions of rewards of the exchange. Participants who meet all the requirements of these Terms & Conditions will be recognized as eligible for the Campaign.<\/p>

Personal Data Processing & Consent<\/b>
By participating in the Campaign, users confirm that they are informed and give their consent for their personal data (first and last name, username, e-mail address, mobile phone number, country of residence, citizenship, ID, and other information related to user identification documents, blockchain transactions, user actions on the Platform, user crypto assets related trading actions on the Platform, IXFI digital wallet address, username on Android’s PlayStore or Apple’s AppStore, opinion, photo, comments, and in case of winning – age and information related to the winner’s tax identification as per any legal obligation that IXFI needs to respect) to be processed for the purpose of organizing and executing the Campaign.IXFI Crypto World UAB (legal entity code 305970535, \u017dalgirio str. 90-100, LT-09303 Vilnius, Lithuania) acts as the controller of personal data. The name, surname, username, awarded prizes, opinions, and comments of the participants may also be processed for the purposes of promoting the commercial activity and services of IXFI on the legal ground of legitimate interests of IXFI to promote its activity and services.<\/p>

Data Protection & Compliance<\/b>
The personal data of the participants in the Campaign and the winners are processed in accordance with the personal data rules provided in the Campaign terms. Each user is responsible for any taxes associated with the prizes, and IXFI will not be responsible or liable for any issues or failures related to entries, malfunctions, or damages caused by events beyond its control, as detailed in the General Rules of the Campaign.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/b>
IXFI will not be responsible or liable for:
a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries;
c) any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
d) any disruptions, losses, or damages caused by events beyond the control of IXFI; or
e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign.<\/p>

Taxes<\/b>
Users are responsible for any taxes associated with the rewards, as specified in the General Rules of the Campaign. National, state, and\/or local taxes in the country of the participant’s residence, as well as possible withholding or direct taxes in Lithuania, are the sole responsibility of the user. The user participant should consult an independent tax advisor regarding the application of all applicable tax laws.<\/p>

Please note that the 0% fee offer applies to the fees charged by our Buy Crypto partner, Swipelux. However, a 1.5% maintenance fee is imposed by the exchange platform to ensure a smooth user experience. This fee covers platform fees, conversion fees, and other operational expenses necessary for maintaining the high quality of our services. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and accept the imposition of this maintenance fee for each transaction made during the promotional period.<\/span><\/p>

Amendments<\/b>
IXFI reserves the right to amend or revise these Campaign Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly check the IXFI website for updates and changes to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

Governing Law<\/b>
The Campaign and the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign are governed by the laws of Lithuania.<\/p>
