The good news is many countries and regional bodies are working out a strategy to oversee digital assets and guarantee investor protection. It also entails tapping into the various career opportunities in the blockchain space. The survey also discovered that 10% of women see digital currency as a more promising sector than fintech, and 15% would like to have a blockchain career. These figures are encouraging, but more still needs to be done to bridge the gender disparity.
